Servers that are not on this list also may be able to use EnderDragon. You can try it yourself.
Install EnderDragon
- Click the link, and download EnderDragon plugin on SpigotMC.
- Put it into "plugins" folder.
- Reload the server.
Attention

Although this plugin has tried to support hot-loading
But I DON'T recommend you doing this because it may cause some potential problems
